Requesting a Cancellation

If you would like to CANCEL your order, please note that a handling fee of R50 will be applied.

Refunds

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days and your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Tupperware Warranty

Tupperware products come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper care
  • Staining, scratching, or fading from normal use
  • Damage from dishwashers (unless specified as dishwasher safe)
