Orders
When you place an order, you will receive a WhattsApp confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to:
- Cancel your order due to product unavailability
- Refuse service to customers with previous payment issues
- Correct pricing errors (you will be notified before processing)
- Cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity
Pricing & Payments
- All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR)
- Prices include VAT (where applicable)
- Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed
- Payments are processed securely through Yoco
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit/debit cards
- We do not store your credit card information
Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
- You must provide accurate shipping information
- Additional charges may apply for failed delivery attempts

Returns are subject to our Returns Policy available HERE.
Product Warranty
Tupperware products come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper care
- Damage from dishwashers (unless specified as dishwasher safe)
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
For warranty claims, email warranty@tuppersa.co.za with photos and proof of purchase.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tupperware South Africa shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from product misuse or improper care
- Delivery delays caused by third-party couriers
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
